In Spring 2017, we installed two biomass boilers that run on locally produced woodchips with the ability to reduce CO2 output into the atmosphere by 220 tons each year, which is amazing.

The heat from the boilers is used to complete the production of our Sweet Green Hay using a special heat recycling process which makes the most efficient use of the energy.

This means that we can make the very best moisture controlled deep green nutritious hay without producing any extra CO2 compared with traditional hay making methods. So, you can have your cake and eat it!!
