‘The company’ means Nature’s Own Pets Ltd, ‘The customer’ means the person or company placing the order with The Company. ‘Order’ means the request for Goods placed by the Customer for the supply of goods or products. ‘Goods or products’ means the subject matter of the relevant order.

Prices are based on the Company’s current pricing policy but the Company reserves the right to amend its quoted prices at any time. Quoted prices include delivery, unless otherwise stated and agreed.

The delivery of goods will be provided by The Company using a third-party haulier, unless otherwise agreed. The order will remain the property of The Company until payment has been received, payment terms will be agreed when entering into a sales agreement.

VAT – Value Added Tax where applicable is payable on certain Goods supplied by The Company.

The Company’s liability in terms of defects or imperfections of a product will be limited to the replacement of such products or a credit being given for the value of the aforementioned product. Further compensation will be given entirely at The Company’s discretion.

Any damage caused to a product whilst in transit will need to be photographed by The Customer and confirmed by The Company. Once agreed, the damage will be credited by The Company and a claim against the haulier will be made to recover any costs.
