The important nutritional bits like fibre, protein, vitamins and oils, are spread throughout the feed which decreases the effects of selective feeding. It should be fed alongside hay or straw as normal.

We would always recommend feeding this alongside lots of hay, fresh fruits, vegetables with a fresh water supply being available at all times.
